Download  HippoRemote LITE For Your iPhone From App Store.

On Your Computer Go to http://hipporemote.com/win_setup and download and run the Hippo VNC Installer.

Open the Hippo VNC folder and double-click on WinVNC.exe.

If asked than tell Windows Firewall to unblock WinVNC.

In the Main Settings screen, Enter a VNC Password and Ignore Everything Else and Click OK.

When you see the WinVNC icon appear in your task tray. Get your mouse over it and write down the IP Address appearing.

Launch Hippo Remote on your iPhone , tap Add Connection and choose the VNC option.

Enter the IP address, the VNC password and tap Done.

That's It ! Now Your iPhone Will Work as Mouse and Keyboard of your Computer..
